With over thirty years experience, Debra thoroughly understands the processes and challenges of business and has the unique ability to create workable solutions to promote efficiency.

Debra is proud to be a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and a Silver Leaf member of Professional Organizers in Canada (POC).  As one of the first Certified Professional Organizers in North America, Debra served as Vice-President on the National Board of Directors for three years and is also the past POC Durham Chapter Chair.  Debra is extremely honored to have received the coveted Harold Taylor Award (Founders Award).  Debra is also Past President of Durham Home & Small Business Association and recipient of DHSBA’s Business of the Year Award.

Her clients include entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, speakers, trainers, and small businesses. With her successful background as an entrepreneur, Debra brings strong leadership with focus, drive and determination. Until early 2010, Debra was the Owner of ProfessionalOrganizers.com…a division of Productivity Squared Inc. As the Director of Training and education, Debra authored and delivered the Comprehensive Training Program for Professional Organizers for many years ~ a program that is still being offered today with Professional Organizers in Canada.

After selling that company, Debra founded The Professional Assistants to give entrepreneurs the freedom to grow their businesses by providing highly effective and quality business support services designed to answer their needs for organizational efficiency, productivity, growth and profitability.
