How do we get our work to you?

Your projects may be sent to us via DropBox, e-mail, phone, fax, postal mail or courier. During our initial consultation we will discuss what your project entails and how you prefer to work.

When we sign a contract, what am I committed to?

You are only committed to the project or time period outlined in the contract.  We understand that your needs may change and develop over time.  You may need us for one month, or on an ongoing basis, or whenever you wish.  We are flexible and can accommodate your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept money orders, certified checks/cheques, wire transfers and Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards using PayPal.

We are located in the Eastern Time Zone in Ontario, Canada but we accept clients throughout North America and around the world.

How long would it take to complete a project?

Prior to inception of the project, together we will negotiate your deadlines and we will meet or exceed those deadlines based on your needs.

How is time that is spent on our projects tracked?

We have software which allows us to meticulously track every assignment, so you are billed only for the time spent working on your business projects.  We do not bill for breaks or interruptions.  Each month, we provide you with an invoice which details how time on your project has been spent.

What is billable time?

Billable time is any productive, working time that is billed to your account. Any time spent working on your tasks is billable time. This includes phone calls, emails, any correspondence.

Do you ensure confidentiality?

We always treat your private information with the utmost care, respect and always with legal compliance in mind. Unless compelled to testify in a court of law, your personal or business information will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time and will only be responsible for the current project or time period outlined in the contract.
